Shipping Policy

UK Delivery (1-3 Business Days) Free

EU Delivery (3-5 Business Days) £20

US Delivery (3-7 Business Days) £40

International Customers

For customers outside the UK, please note item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any customs or import duties. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

Please note, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Brazil, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia. 

Return &

Exchange Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note we are only able to exchange like for like product, eg. a colour way or size swap. For refunds, we will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package within 7-10 working days (this may take longer during a sale period).

We will refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance; if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method.

Please follow the steps below to return your goods:

Step one

Please contact our Customer Care team by emailing hello@hadidlondon.com to let them know you wish to return an item. Simply quote your Order Number, product and reason for returning. 

Step two

When returning your item, we recommend that you use a signed-for postal service, as unfortunately Hadid London cannot be held responsible for any losses in transit. Please also ensure that returns documentation are marked as “Returning goods to sender as not suitable”. Please be advised that you will responsible for the cost of the return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges if the item isn’t faulty.

Step tree

We will be in touch as soon as your return arrives with our team and then again to confirm that we’ve processed your refund or that your new purchase is on its way to you. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original method of payment. We are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit your bank account as it will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

We reserve the right to send the goods back to you or to not issue a refund if the return does not comply with our return policy.
